Kiddoo helps nurseries, kindergartens, sports clubs and courses keep families informed. This page explains what information Kiddoo keeps, who can see it, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Kiddoo is run from Pristina, Kosovo. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

What we keep

Your account: name, email address, phone number (if you add it) and language.

Your children, as you or their organization enter them: name, date of birth, and the health details (allergies, conditions, medication, doctor) and pick-up contacts you add.

What the organization records about a child it looks after: attendance and pick-up times, daily reports, photos, news, messages, calendar entries and invoices.

Technical details needed to run the app, such as the token that lets us send push notifications to your phone.

Who can see it

Health details belong to the family. Only parents can add or change them. Every nursery, club or course your child is linked to can read them, so staff know about allergies and who to call.

An organization sees only the children linked to it. Staff see only the groups they work with. One organization can never see another organization’s records, even for the same child.

Photos reach only the parents of the children in them, and children without photo consent cannot be tagged.

Parents you share a family with see the same children and activities. A small Kiddoo team can access data only to provide support or keep the service running.

We do not sell your information and we do not show advertising.

Services we use

Kiddoo stores data with Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Push notifications are delivered through Expo and Apple or Google. Emails such as sign-up codes are sent through an email delivery provider. These services process data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your account until you delete it. You can delete it at any time in the app under Account. Children only you manage are deleted with it; children you share with the other parent stay with them.

Organizations keep the records they made (attendance, reports, invoices) for as long as they need them for their own obligations. Ask the organization, or write to us, to have them removed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information about you and your children. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with Kosovo’s Law on the Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Children

Kiddoo is used by parents and staff. Children do not have accounts.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
