Terms of use

Last updated 17 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Kiddoo: the parent app, the dashboard for organizations, and kiddoo.net.

The service

Kiddoo lets nurseries, clubs and courses share attendance, daily reports, photos, news, calendars and invoices with families, and lets families keep their children’s details in one place.

Your account

Use your own email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Parents may add only children they are responsible for. Organizations may add only children they look after and invite only those children’s guardians.

What organizations are responsible for

Each organization is responsible for the information it records about children and for having the consent it needs, including consent for photos.

Invoices in Kiddoo are records. Payments are made directly to the organization; Kiddoo does not handle money.

Fair use

Do not use Kiddoo to share anything unlawful or harmful, to contact people who did not ask for it, or to try to reach information that is not meant for you.

Availability

We work to keep Kiddoo available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Kiddoo does not replace direct contact with the people looking after your child in an emergency.

Ending

You can stop using Kiddoo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Questions: [email protected].
